When did you first become interested in conservation?
Growing up near the beach has always made me interested in conservation. It breaks my heart to see so much plastic in our oceans, rivers, and beaches which leads to the death of so many innocent animals.
Why did you choose to work at Wildchain?
The mission to educate and entertain at Wildchain immediately caught my attention. Their main focus on conservation and the environment perfectly align with my interests, passions, and studies. I wanted to be a part of a team with similar-minded individuals who would help give me a real life experience of working in Thailand.
Favorite memory from interning at Wildchain?
My favorite memories from Wildchain include getting lunch with the team and ordering milk tea boba with Tern everyday at work. I will never forget the great people I have met at Wildchain. Their dedication and passion about conservation and the environment will inspire me as I continue my studies back in America.
Favorite Animal?
Titan Triggerfish
As a child, the movie ‘The Lion King’ taught me the phrase the circle of life, which to me meant that every living thing on our planet is connected. And so a happy ecosystem= happy planet inhabitants. Today, the balance is broken and our environment and life on earth are equally in trouble. This motivates me to dedicate my time, talents, and skills to causes that seek to heal our environment and all of its inhabitants. I’m currently doing research and content creation at Wildchain for projects aimed at conserving species in the African Savannah.
